The best is when they get the weather guys out in their North Face Anoraks, standing on the beach like it's Hurricane Katrina and the Invasion of Normandy all in one. They always have a graphic that says "Storm Tracker '08" or something like that. But in the end, people on the East Coast would just say it's a rainy day.

I was in L.A. once when it rained, and cars were pulling over on the Interstate to wait it out. I was amused.
